Spring into action and join the Adopt-the-Shoreline cleanup at Lake of the Ozarks

Residents of Lake of the Ozarks are gearing up for their annual springtime tradition: the shoreline cleanup. The annual Adopt-the-Shoreline cleanup event invites the community to form teams and "adopt" sections of the lake to cleanup and help preserve the area's natural beauty. Sponsored by Ameren Missouri, the event provides volunteers with trash bags and disposal services, making it easy to participate.

Missouri House of Representatives approves Senate Bill 4

Prior to the start of the legislative spring break, the members of the Missouri House of Representatives approved Senate Bill 4 by a 96-44 vote. A wide-ranging utility bill, the legislation includes language establishing the Power Predictability and Reliability Act.

Smart technology prevents more than 93,000 outages during March severe storms

On the evening of Friday, March 14, severe thunderstorms left a trail of destruction across Ameren Missouri's service territory. These storms generated multiple confirmed tornados, 75+ mph winds and damaging hail, impacting critical utility infrastructure including substations, distribution and transmission lines and other equipment.

Peregrine falcons return to Ameren Missouri's Falcon Cam

This spring, outdoor enthusiasts can once again follow the incredible journey of a Peregrine falcon family in real time. Ameren Missouri’s Falcon Cam has returned to provide an up-close look as the young falcons hatch and prepare for their first flight. As of today, there are four out of a possible five eggs in the nest box.
