General Assembly celebrates Missouri Lineworker Appreciation Day

On Monday, April 14, the General Assembly honored the hard work and dedication of the state's lineworkers by celebrating Missouri Lineworker Appreciation Day. As a part of the event, lineworkers from throughout the Show-Me State traveled to the State Capitol to visit with lawmakers and be recognized for their efforts in keeping Missouri's electric grid safe and secure.

Residents of Lake of the Ozarks are gearing up for their annual springtime tradition: the shoreline cleanup. The annual Adopt-the-Shoreline cleanup event invites the community to form teams and "adopt" sections of the lake to cleanup and help preserve the area's natural beauty. Sponsored by Ameren Missouri, the event provides volunteers with trash bags and disposal services, making it easy to participate.

Ameren Missouri unveils new St. Francois Operating Center

Ameren Missouri recently announced the opening of its new, state-of-the-art operating center in Park Hills. The St. Francois Operating Center is a substantial upgrade to area operations, supporting faster restoration times and greater reliability for customers across the county and throughout Missouri. The new facility replaces the existing operating center in Park Hills, which has been in service for more than 60 years.
