CommunitySavers® programs on track to provide more than $7.5 million in energy efficiency incentives in 2024

Ameren Missouri programs provide energy cost savings to qualified customers

With 2024 drawing to a close, the Ameren Missouri CommunitySavers® programs are on track to have allocated more than $7.5 million in energy-efficiency incentives to over 3,100 households in the past year. From simple investments like LED lights to heat pumps, high-efficiency furnaces and more, these programs have provided a variety of cost-saving measures to customers of all sizes. As a result of the programs' work in 2024, overall demand is projected to be reduced by almost 3,200 kW and usage by more than 10.5 gWh.

Ameren Missouri's CommunitySavers® programs are designed to benefit single family and multifamily households.

“This is the season for giving and the CommunitySavers® programs are a great way that Ameren Missouri is giving back to its customers who need help the most,” said Wanda Sams, program manager for the Ameren Missouri CommunitySavers® programs. “By taking advantage of the incentives offered through these programs, customers can utilize less energy and possibly enjoy lower utility bills – stretching their budgets even further.”

Over the course of the past three years, the CommunitySavers® programs have served more than 7,400 income-eligible households throughout Ameren Missouri's service territory, investing over $27 million in energy-efficiency upgrades. These programs will continue to be offered by Ameren Missouri in 2025. To learn more about the CommunitySavers® programs, please visit AmerenMissouri.com/communitysavers.
